Generic Tiazac should not be used in subjects with acute myocardial infarction and pulmonary congestion documented by x-ray on admission, severe hypotension (less than 90 mm Hg systolic), subjects with sick sinus syndrome or 2nd/3rd-degree AV block (unless used with a pacemaker), and subjects who have demonstrated hypersensitivity to the drug. This drug should be used with caution in subjects with impaired kidney, liver, or heart function.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
