You may also experience one of the following less serious side effects: weak pulse or mildly slow heart rate; diarrhea, constipation, gas, nausea, or vomiting; depression; headache or dizziness; nightmares; fatigue or confusion; or impotence (difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection). Do not share this medication with others.
Have your blood pressure and pulse checked regularly while taking this medication. It may be best to learn how to monitor your own blood pressure and pulse.
